Dosage:

Adult: Take 1 tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare professional
Take up to 5 tablets per day when required for relief of acute symptoms.
Child (2-6 years): 1 tablet taken daily or ½ tablet taken twice daily
Child (7-12 years): 1 tablet taken daily.
Maximum child (7-12 years): 1 tablet taken twice daily

No Added:

Lactose, dairy, sugar, salt, gluten, yeast, artificial flavours, colours and preservatives

Medicine Interactions: Avoid concomitant use with aluminium based antacids as Vitamin C increases the amount of aluminium absorbed; doses should be separated by at least 2 hours
